Scene & Clubs - Friendly Hangouts

Review: This was, after the Orientation Island, the first place I went to
when I was a newbie. There I met lots of nice people really glad to help, dance and do their best to make you feel comfortable in Second Life. If
you ever feel lonely or have some question, visit The Shelter and I’m sure you will find somebody that has the answer!
Here in The Shelter you will find: freebies, lots of dances, lots of nice people, a good money tree for newbies (I got my
first Lindens from Money Trees, and The Shelter had one of the best at that time!), live music and radio music, a great pool to swim and so much
more. Basically, it’s a big club as well as a meeting area with a bunch of people hanging out. They also have fun events. The place it’s a bit
laggy, but looks good and the people are friendly.
Oh, if you are a woman, take care! You will probably get lots of IMs from guys saying… "Hey, sexy!" It seems like there are
lots of women chatting in general chat about why newbie guys always want to know where they are from in RL. Anyway, everything else in The
Shelter is good.
Conclusion: As the Shelterers say, this is the best place all over Second Life, at least if
you are a newbie and don’t know where to go or if you are somebody wishing to help and meet new people!!
