Review:  If you are looking for a cute little beach house, you will find some at Scofield Designs. Most of the houses here are 40-100prims and 500L to 800L. The houses are spread around the sim and you have to fly from island to island to see all they have to offer. The signs in the houses tell you what the foot print is and that the houses come with blinds. Some of the information that I normally like to know before buying a prefab wasn't immediately apparent.  For example the perms or permissions you get was not apparent.  I did some investigating and it seems they are modify/transfer. Normally I prefer copiable houses as opposed to transfer but there are some really nice little houses here and if you were trying to sell a piece of land with a house included, one of these might just be the house that helps your land get sold! The owner is also extremely friendly and helpful, so I would recommend if you have questions to ask.  I am sure you will get a quick response.  My experiences at this store have been nothing but positive.

Conclusion:  Some unique looking prefabs and some ultra low prim options.
