Review: The aesthetics of this small beach are beautiful. It is stunning in its simplicity. There are no houses or building structures, which also makes it a very low lag environment. A huge screen in a multimedia area provides a central focal point. Videos o f the island's streaming music can be activated on the screen. This area also includes a DJ station and an open dance floor. The flooring is made of wood planks and has seating arranged throughout. Most of the seating is also made of wood complimented by white covered cushions. The pool area, which is divided in three, separates the dance area form the beach. The center is an open pool and is flanked on both sides by smaller pools each of which has a bar in the center of the water. To the far left of the media area you can find the main bar which is well stocked and has its own white on wood seating area, as well as a table with surrounding chairs, a perfect place for a group of friends. Facing the beach you'll see three sets of elevated platforms with white open curtains which billow in the wind. Two sets have M/M cuddle balls and a F/M one. The third set is all F/M.

At the far end of the beach there is a multi level deck area with another bar and group seating. The floor there is a sisal texture, which adds a very nice touch. Throughout the beach you can find sling chairs for relaxing, hammocks swinging by the water and a raft floating at water's edge. On multiple visits there was rarely more than one couple present. The beach is owned by the Max Island Group, which appears to be dutch oriented. Unfortunately, no one from the group returned messages, therefore, it is impossible to say whether the beach has a peak use time or when events are scheduled. The most important thing is that this little gem is open to the public. When you and that special person are looking for a quiet piece of beach, *****NICCI may be just the perfect place.

Conclusion:  A hidden gem, beautiful and peaceful.
