Review:  BoBz Design Studios, according to the ads, has 117 prefabs from 299L and up. To find your way around look for the arrows, they will point you in the right direction.  You can choose to look at houses in the Transfer Only section or the Copy/Mod only Section. There are some very large boards with lots of pictures of prefabs to choose from. Each picture has the information about the prefabs that you want to know before you buy. It tells you how many prims—the lowest I saw was one that was 28 prims. It also tells you the footprint and the standard parcel size it fits. The houses come with a menu driven door system, voice controlled privacy windows and an auto-rezzer system. The neat thing about this place is that you can click on these pictures and rezz the house right in front of you. This allows you to test the house and see what it looks like when rezzed and also saves you from flying around a whole sim looking at all the demo houses. The quality of the houses is average to good but the prices are fair and the prim counts are low in general.

Conclusion:  Good prices, nice houses and some nice low prim options!
