Review: I love finding good medieval role playing sims. At Avilion Grove, Avilion Nexus, Avilion Mist - there is a lot of land
to cover, and each area has it's own secrets. A gorgeous ballroom, a secret drum circle, an island for jousting and tournaments -
there is always activity in Avilion.
There are several classes within the Avilion Order - from regular "members" to Guardians, Dragons, Rangers, Ancients, Druids, and
the list goes on. There are balls, calls-to-arm (battles), jousting and sword fighting tournaments, quests, tours, and classes on
everything from prim building to learning swordplay. There are often concerts and live events taking place, at least a couple times a week,
and sometimes as often as once a day. Medieval dress is required, and don't be surprised if you encounter dragons on your journey!
Dragons and fae are part of the typical life in Avilion, and they walk the land and speak with others just as humans do.
Avilion is a beautiful sim, decorated in true medieval fashion, and many of the sights and scenes will take your breath away.
"Griefers," or people who don't play by the laws in the sim, are quickly dealt with, and your world is rarely interrupted by
out-of-character dealings. The residents are pleasant, and gather quite often, and love meeting newcomers and showing them around.
Dig out that old ball gown, (or visit the Avilion shops for inexpensive garb!) and come seek out fellow role players in Avilion. See you in
the drum circle!
Conclusion: If you're looking for medieval role play in Second Life, you cannot skip looking into
Avilion.
